About the Project

Carrefour Banque & Assurance sought to streamline its marketing operations, reduce costs, and enhance the digital marketing skills of its teams. As a Content Coordinator and Digital Marketing Coach, I conducted an in-depth operational audit, optimized existing content for better SEO performance, and delivered hands-on training modules to empower the marketing team.

My mission focused on bridging strategic goals with actionable solutions, enabling the team to improve efficiency, upskill in digital marketing, and achieve better organic visibility for their content.

Key Achievements

  • Operational Audit: Performed a comprehensive assessment of the marketing service, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, financial and time inefficiencies, and evaluating third-party providers to recommend cost-saving measures.

  • Digital Marketing Training: Designed and delivered five tailored training modules to enhance the team’s proficiency in content management and digital marketing strategies.

  • SEO Optimization: Revisited and rewrote existing SEO content, updated articles, and optimized layouts, achieving higher search engine rankings for key articles. This included moving articles previously ranked on pages 2 and 3 to page 1 of search results.

  • Content Strategy Development: Provided actionable recommendations for creating and managing content to align with Carrefour Assurance’s business objectives.
